You can choose ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ at anytime when ordering and there is no postage or packaging charge. Please allow 48hrs to make the collection, and please always call or email us first to arrange the collection from our HQ – 213 Valley Road, Sherwood, Nottingham. NG5 3BG – Collections are not available ‘Out of Season’ from our other outlets. However orders placed online can be collected from these stores by ‘special arrangement’ which must be done over the phone with a member of our sales team. We suggest you place your order and type the shop you’d like to collect from in the ‘Notes’ box when ordering, and also dropping us a quick call to double check the instruction has successfully come through.

PLEASE NOTE: some products that are 1.3G are not kept at our shops due to storage regulations. If you’d like to purchase these products for ‘Click & Collect’ please do so, and once you’ve placed your order inform us either by email or by telephone what day and approximate time you would like to collect the order. We will have the order on our van at the shop ready for you to collect, we always ask that with a Click & Collect Order you give us at least 48hrs notice of your intended collection time please, this is to ensure we have the time required to collect your item(s) from our warehouse and transport them to be at the shop ready for you. We do not have many 1.3G products as a proportion of our range, but those that are have been clearly marked, and also mention in the description that we require at least 48hrs notice to collection.

Firework Stores

Our main Store at 213 Valley Road, Sherwood is open all year round, and our opening times can be found below.

We have three further firework outlets in Grantham, Ilkeston and Matlock, which open three weeks before Bonfire Night, and three days before New Years Eve. Normal opening times for these outlets are 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and the Sunday before Bonfire Night. We do recommend calling us prior to popping in.
